Cathy Coley has been writing stories and poetry since before she could hold a pen. She has won awards for poetry, short stories, and a play. Starting in the 90s, Cathy gives readings and other public speaking engagements. She lives in mayhem, and a few years ago, moved that mayhem to the Topsail area of North Carolina with her family and pets. Cathy worked primarily in public schools for over 20 years in support positions, including for special needs. Her experience in schools led to her children’s novel, Felix the Comet.
